Cette initiative innovante vise \u00e0 r\u00e9volutionner l'agriculture locale en se concentrant sur les petites entreprises agricoles d\u00e9tenues par des femmes, tout en promouvant l'autonomisation de la communaut\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 environnementale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'objectif principal du projet reste inchang\u00e9 : autonomiser la communaut\u00e9 locale gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la culture de produits \u00e0 maturit\u00e9 courte et favoriser une \u00e9conomie circulaire en int\u00e9grant les d\u00e9chets organiques dans les pratiques agricoles. Une attention particuli\u00e8re est accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la fourniture de l\u00e9gumes frais et de qualit\u00e9, en particulier ceux qui sont susceptibles de se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer dans les longues cha\u00eenes d'approvisionnement, tels que les okras, les concombres et les aubergines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En se concentrant strat\u00e9giquement sur les cultures \u00e0 courte p\u00e9riode de maturit\u00e9, le projet garantit non seulement un approvisionnement rapide en produits frais, mais r\u00e9duit \u00e9galement de mani\u00e8re significative les kilom\u00e8tres alimentaires et les \u00e9missions de CO2 qui y sont associ\u00e9es. Plus important encore, il s'attaque au probl\u00e8me du gaspillage alimentaire en minimisant les activit\u00e9s de tri pour les produits hautement p\u00e9rissables, dans le but de r\u00e9duire de 50 % les importations de fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mise \u00e0 jour r\u00e9v\u00e8le les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s depuis le d\u00e9but du projet, en pr\u00e9sentant diverses activit\u00e9s, notamment l'analyse des sols, le labourage, l'\u00e9tablissement de p\u00e9pini\u00e8res, la mise en place de l'irrigation, la s\u00e9curisation de la ferme et la cr\u00e9ation de fosses \u00e0 compost. La phase d'essai, qui doit durer jusqu'en juin 2024, servira \u00e0 orienter les futures expansions sur la base d'\u00e9valuations des risques op\u00e9rationnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette entreprise ambitieuse, lanc\u00e9e fin 2023, promet non seulement de garantir des produits de qualit\u00e9 aux consommateurs, mais aussi de contribuer de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9 environnementale et au d\u00e9veloppement communautaire.
