IFS Celebrates Management Development Program Graduation

Earlier this year, IFS proudly celebrated the graduation of its latest Management Development Program (MDP) cohort, marking another important milestone in the company’s commitment to developing future leaders.

The program equips emerging leaders with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to drive business success. As part of their graduation, participants presented practical, business-focused projects that demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and the effective application of their learning within IFS’s operational environment.

While the quality of the projects was impressive, it was the personal growth of the graduates that truly stood out. Throughout the program, many participants challenged themselves in new and meaningful ways, presenting to senior leadership for the first time, overcoming language barriers, balancing demanding operational responsibilities with personal commitments, and, for some, travelling outside their home country for the very first time.

A significant achievement for this year’s cohort is that 85% of the graduates are local managers, highlighting IFS’s ongoing investment in developing local talent across the regions where it operates. By strengthening leadership capability from within, the company continues to build sustainable leadership pipelines and create meaningful opportunities for career growth within its communities.
